Supervise janitorial staff across multiple bank branches and commercial buildings
Train, coach, and support cleaning teams to maintain high-quality performance

Perform advanced floor technician duties including:
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Perform site inspections and ensure adherence to cleaning standards and client expectations
Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed
Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and manage coverage needs

Strong background as a floor technician (must be proficient in all floor care services)
Prolonged standing, bending, and walking
Comfortable using floor care equipment and machinery

Basic technology skills (smartphone reporting, photos, communication apps)
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to manage multiple buildings and teams
3+ years of janitorial supervisory experience (required)
