The Purchasing Analyst Lead owns and improves supplier‑facing and user‑facing operational processes across procurement systems. The role focuses on supplier onboarding, catalog management, user administration, performance reporting, and continuous process health improvement.
Key responsibilities include managing end‑to‑end supplier onboarding and ERP/eProcurement integrations, monitoring B2B process health with KPI tracking, standardizing workflows, overseeing catalog ingestion and data quality, maintaining master data governance, producing performance analytics, and developing e‑sourcing auction strategies while ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
Candidates must hold at least a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, accounting, operations, materials management, or IT, or an equivalent combination of education and extensive experience. A minimum of 10 years in supply chain, procurement, or related fields is required, with additional experience needed if the educational level is lower. Strong analytical, presentation, and MS‑Office skills, as well as high ethical standards, are essential.
