Ensures safety compliance, training, and incident investigation for TK Elevator sites in Miami.
Collaborate with field supervisors and technicians to implement safety improvements.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, training, and incidents.
Deliver safety training programs including new hire orientation, toolbox talks, and specialized safety topics.
Identity theft monitoring
Ensure adherence to OSHA, state, and local safety regulations.
Conduct regular field inspections and audits of active job sites to assess safety compliance.
Lead investigations of accidents, near misses, and safety concerns.
Prepare reports and metrics for regional and corporate HSE leadership.
Support emergency response planning and drills.
Support the development of safety materials and resources tailored to elevator industry risks.

Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or industrial safety, preferably in the elevator or vertical transportation industry.
Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety best practices.
Ability to travel regularly within the Miami area and occasionally outside the region.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field (preferred).
Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
