- Collaborate with field supervisors and technicians to implement safety improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, training, and incidents.

- Ensure training records are maintained and up to date.
- Document findings, root causes, and corrective actions.

- OSHA 30 certification required; CSP, CHST, or similar credential a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or industrial safety, preferably in the elevator or vertical transportation industry.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety best practices.
- Ability to travel regularly within the Miami area and occasionally outside the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
