Significant experience in engineering design within a regulated industry (preferably nuclear).
Proven ability to influence engineering practices and outcomes.
Proficiency in software tools such as Hevacomp, Dialux, Amtech Power, AutoCAD, and IES (Revit experience is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with building regulations, current legislation, and industry standards.
Experience leading and supervising engineering teams.
Chartered status and membership of a relevant professional body.
Degree in a technical or engineering-related subject (preferred).
