Engineer will support H&H, ES&C, drainage and SWM tasks associated with bridge replacement and highway improvement projects for multiple clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region with a focus in Delaware and the surrounding states.
Engineer will develop plans, technical reports and specifications.
Produces high quality technical writing for use in reports, specifications, studies, and other engineering documents

Experience including: hydrologic/hydraulic (H&H) modeling of natural systems and stormwater collection systems, floodplain management and modeling, stream restoration design, culvert and bridge hydraulics, scour analysis, erosion and sediment control design, drainage design, stormwater management design, plan review and plan and report preparation.
Required Education: BSCE
Masters Preferred
Understanding of state DOT design criteria with prior project experience with DelDOT, MDSHA, VDOT, DCDOT, and/or PennDOT projects.
Comfort interacting with clients regarding technical challenges with opportunities to perform project management if desired.
A strongly motivated individual with the ability to work on multiple concurrent assignments while serving multiple roles within a team environment.
Exhibit leadership qualities necessary to lead project related tasks and mentor entry level engineers.
Years of work experience: 5-12 years.
Plan production via MicroStation with design experience strongly preferred.
