- Provide hands‑on technical expertise to analyze MineStar software and hardware issues and communicate corrective actions.
- Follow structured support processes to respond, restore, and resolve customer problems.
- Advocate for customers and dealers, conveying their needs to internal engineering for effective solutions.
- Identify and drive product improvement opportunities, including functional enhancements and serviceability.
- Support New Product Introduction projects and participate in field testing and validation programs.
- Collaborate with engineering to develop and implement ICA/PCA solutions, field fixes, and support programs.
- Contribute to technical service documentation for MineStar solutions to ensure clarity and usability.
- Participate in cross‑functional incident investigations and generate system performance reports.

The Command for Hauling, MineStar Solutions team is seeking a Product Service Consultant to support a global fleet of autonomous trucks. You will diagnose and resolve MineStar software and on‑board hardware issues while collaborating with customers, dealers, and internal teams. Specialized training will be provided to support your continuous learning and professional growth.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience, and experience in first‑line support for enterprise‑level applications. Strong problem‑management, root‑cause analysis, and excellent communication skills are essential. Candidates must be able to work both independently and as part of fast‑paced global teams and possess programming, scripting, and Windows/SQL/Oracle networking knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
