  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to develop and maintain project schedules, manpower forecasts, and resource plans.
  • Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
  • Oversee all daily jobsite activities, ensuring compliance with safety, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary on-site representative to clients, architects, and inspectors.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to identify potential conflicts or changes.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety policies.
  • Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, RFIs, and change orders.

We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on a variety of ground-up and tenant improvement projects in the Las Vegas/Henderson market. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who thrives on delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget — while maintaining exceptional quality and client satisfaction.

  • Office, retail, industrial, education, hospitality, or healthcare projects (Public Works preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, means and methods, and local codes.
  • Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain schedule discipline.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (ground-up, tilt-up).
  • Experience managing projects from $1M–$25M+
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
