To ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
Maintenance of commercial f-gas and HVAC installations including split and VRV systems, chillers, air handling equipment and general ventilation systems.
Analyse faults, rectify and ensure correct operation of equipment.
Servicing contracts to both longstanding and new client base.
As the HVAC Service Engineer you will be providing both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) at various sites across the Midlands. This will include servicing contracts, maintenance of commercial HVAC and AC installations, fault finding and repair across various sites. This will predominantly include prison estates, but could also include defence sites, highways and infrastructure, and the education sector.

All specialist tools/IT equipment provided
Formal electrical qualifications would be advantageous.
Must hold current F-Gas refrigerant handling certification.
To be conversant with all aspects of M&E systems.
Must be familiar with tablet based CAFM systems.
Formal C&G/NVQ in AC/refrigeration systems desired.
Are you confident diagnosing, repairing and maintaining heating and cooling systems across commercial sites?
Compliance and statutory reports inline with F-Gas regulations and best practice.
Fully conversant with the service and maintenance of commercial Air Conditioning and HVAC systems.
Are you an experienced HVAC Maintenance Engineer, HVAC Technician or Commercial HVAC Engineer?
PPM and reactive maintenance across the Midlands area.
Must have proven fault finding and diagnostic skills.
