- Preparation of Bill of Quantities/cost plan for internal review
- Obtaining quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
- Leading and mentoring a small team of estimators
- Work alongside another Estimator working closely with operations manager and Director.

- Stakeholder liaison and engagement with clients during tender stages
- Initial assessment of incoming tender documents and estimating on selected projects with varying values
- Pricing projects using first estimating principles
