Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to rapidly learn different software applications.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personnel supervisory role.
Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering, geological engineering or similar is strongly preferred.
Ability to develop leadership at the lead person and foreman levels.
Working knowledge of profit and loss statements and an understanding of basic accounting principles.
