- Eagerness to learn rudimentary coding and adapt to new project workflows and technologies
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and some coding experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for writing and creating procedural documentation
- Will gain knowledge in project management, a foundational knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, rudimentary coding and programming language such as JSON and Python
- Familiarity with Autodesk products a bonus (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Recap, Autodesk Construction Cloud)
- Currently pursuing a BS in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
- Exceptional organizational skills, with an acute attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Software knowledge includes but not limited to: Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Development, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power App, as well as the Office Suites
- Versatility and openness to acquiring tangential skills outside of one's degree field, embracing a broad learning curve
- Gain an understanding of the business and engineering work flow in a consulting firm
