The Assistant Community Manager reports to the Community Manager and oversees daily operations, financial functions, leasing, maintenance, and staff in the absence of the manager. The role is responsible for rent collection, cash‑flow optimization, compliance with company policies, safety and fair‑housing guidelines, and overall property performance.
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma (a bachelor’s degree is preferred) and two years of relevant housing‑industry experience or an equivalent mix of education and training. Basic computer proficiency, knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements are required.
The position involves prolonged standing or sitting, frequent movement throughout the property, occasional ladder use, and the ability to lift or move objects up to 25 lb. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, nights, and in various weather conditions is also needed.

Compensation includes an hourly rate of $23‑$28 plus a total rewards package that features medical, dental, vision, life, accidental and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, paid sick days, holidays, and performance bonuses where applicable.
