The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and contractors, delivering a warm, professional welcome and supporting day‑to‑day front‑of‑house operations. Working closely with the broader facilities team, the role ensures seamless coordination of meeting rooms, collaborative spaces, and general administrative tasks.
A safe, secure, and clean environment is central to the position. The receptionist monitors access‑control systems, enforces visitor protocols, and assists with medical support requests, while also maintaining positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to meet service standards.
The role also includes occasional mailroom support, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, coordinating courier services, and providing assistance during events and meetings. Flexible working hours alternate between 7:30 am – 4:30 pm and 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
