Senior QA/QC Manager

Description

• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication regarding quality-related matters
• Lead and mentor QA/QC team members, providing guidance on best practices and compliance
• Identify non-conformities, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, plans, and corrective action reports
• Work closely with project teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated into project planning and execution
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to update and enhance QA/QC practices
• Coordinate and conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications
• Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs and procedures in line with industry standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in QA/QC management within the construction or engineering sectors
• Fluency in English is essential
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in leading teams and managing quality assurance programs
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Must be a Saudi National
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and QA/QC methodologies
