Reporting to the Production Manager, the Lead will guide a team of employees to complete manufacturing projects related to relay and control panels. The role is integral to our operations and supports the creation of high‑quality products.
In this position you will oversee daily team activities, address minor discipline issues, and coordinate training and orientation for new hires. You will assign work based on individual skills, provide technical assistance for complex tasks, and inspect completed work for quality. Additionally, you will track labor and material usage, collaborate with supervisors to resolve departmental challenges, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

The ideal candidate holds a high‑school diploma or equivalent and brings at least four years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or a related field. Proven leadership experience, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks are essential. Attention to detail, knowledge of equipment maintenance, safety management, and the ability to read blueprints and engineering diagrams are also required.
The role demands prolonged periods of standing, bending, kneeling, and repetitive motions, and requires the ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 lb. Workers must wear personal protective equipment, including gloves, safety glasses, a hard hat, and ear protection, while on the production floor.
