• Tailor each submission to include project-specific insights, value engineering, and innovative delivery solutions.
• Track and reconnect with former contacts who have moved within the industry.
• Support the Managing Director in developing and refining pre-construction and business development strategies.

• Sound understanding of pre-construction processes, estimating, and cost planning.
• Strong knowledge of drylining, ceilings, fire stopping, joinery, and finishing trades.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and commercially aware.
• Experience producing tenders that include value engineering or innovative project delivery strategies.
• Proven experience as an Estimator within the internal fit-out or refurbishment sector.
