- Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation to produce precise take-offs and pricing.
- Tailor each submission to include project-specific insights, value engineering, and innovative delivery solutions.
- Track and reconnect with former contacts who have moved within the industry.
- Support the Managing Director in developing and refining pre-construction and business development strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Sound understanding of pre-construction processes, estimating, and cost planning.
- Strong knowledge of drylining, ceilings, fire stopping, joinery, and finishing trades.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and commercially aware.
- Experience producing tenders that include value engineering or innovative project delivery strategies.
- Proven experience as an Estimator within the internal fit-out or refurbishment sector.
