The role applies engineering and chemistry principles to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes, helping to transition new products from research and development to production. Key duties span several functional areas, such as supporting new product development, conducting experimental designs, analyzing data for process improvements, and collaborating with quality, R&D, and plant leadership teams.
In the laboratory and pilot plant, the employee assists with scale‑up experiments, operates pilot equipment, performs technical testing, and ensures compliance with safety and ISO/QMS standards.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in chemical, industrial, or mechanical engineering and up to four years of experience in a process‑manufacturing setting. Candidates must be self‑directed, analytical, strong communicators, and comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.
Travel up to 50 % of the time, both domestically and internationally, may be required, and the role demands physical capabilities such as lifting, standing, and occasional climbing to support plant operations.
