  • Mentor apprentices and provide technical onsite training.
  • Maintain current industry knowledge and keep updated with changes and advances in refrigeration, air conditioning systems and technology.
  • Central Energy Plants – Work with large-scale infrastructure providing energy to expansive and high-demand facilities.
  • Work closely with other colleagues and managers within the region to foster a strong team environment.
  • Provide both reactive work and preventative maintenance to a range of different clients.
  • Effectively diagnose problems and perform work of a technical nature on heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
  • Major Hospitals – Support essential healthcare operations by ensuring the reliable performance of critical building systems.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with our customers ensuring concerns and complaints are proactively addressed.

  • Australian National Arctic Refrigerant Handling Licence.
  • Applicable Trade Licence.
  • Self-manage workload with the ability to determine job priorities and to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Central plant experience is ideal, however not required.
  • Western Australian Full or Restricted Electrical Licence.
  • Wiling to undergo national police check & full medical including drug and alcohol testing.
  • Refrigeration and Air-conditioning experience.
