- Mentor apprentices and provide technical onsite training.
- Maintain current industry knowledge and keep updated with changes and advances in refrigeration, air conditioning systems and technology.
- Central Energy Plants – Work with large-scale infrastructure providing energy to expansive and high-demand facilities.
- Work closely with other colleagues and managers within the region to foster a strong team environment.
- Provide both reactive work and preventative maintenance to a range of different clients.
- Effectively diagnose problems and perform work of a technical nature on heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Major Hospitals – Support essential healthcare operations by ensuring the reliable performance of critical building systems.
- Establish and maintain relationships with our customers ensuring concerns and complaints are proactively addressed.

- Australian National Arctic Refrigerant Handling Licence.
- Applicable Trade Licence.
- Self-manage workload with the ability to determine job priorities and to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Central plant experience is ideal, however not required.
- Western Australian Full or Restricted Electrical Licence.
- Wiling to undergo national police check & full medical including drug and alcohol testing.
- Refrigeration and Air-conditioning experience.
