Plant Clerk III

Description

The role involves scaling operations for weighing company, customer, and third‑party trucks, processing vendor invoices and purchase orders, and providing administrative support to plant management. The incumbent will also compile, enter, and report payroll and production statistics while tracking finished‑goods inventory, equipment utilization, plant costs, and labor hours.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED and possess strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, is required. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.
