Apply economic and analytical thinking to real-world infrastructure and public-policy challenges.
Translate complex technical analysis into plain-English insights for senior and non-technical audiences.

Undertake research, data analysis and options assessment to support evidence-based decision-making.
Prepare clear, structured and persuasive business cases, reports and presentations for government and institutional clients.
Contribute to high-quality project delivery through accurate, client-focused and well-presented outputs.
Develop and maintain financial and economic models, including cost-benefit analysis and evaluation frameworks.

Well-developed data and modelling skills; experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau or Python is advantageous but not essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
Up to 8 years' experience in a consulting, advisory or public-sector environment (experience in infrastructure advisory, economics consulting, engineering consultancies, Big 4, or government investment assurance teams is highly regarded).
Exposure to economic and/or financial evaluation, such as cost-benefit analysis, economic impact assessment, demand forecasting or options appraisal.
A tertiary qualification in economics, finance, planning, engineering, public policy, or a related quantitative discipline.
A collaborative mindset, positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based consulting environment.
Experience contributing to business cases, feasibility studies or investment proposals, particularly in infrastructure or policy contexts.
