Manage variations and resolve PO-related queries
Review and interpret architectural drawings, engineering plans, and specifications
Maintain project margins in line with company policy
Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
Prepare detailed cost, material, and labour estimates
Contribute to continuous improvement of business systems and processes
Issue timely and accurate Purchase Orders
Review and process ETS (Extra to Schedule) requests efficiently
Generate accurate Bills of Quantities using estimating software

Requirements

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and a logical, solution-focused mindset
2+ years’ experience in residential estimating within the building industry
Experience with DataBuild (beneficial), Bluebeam and Excel.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without compromising accuracy
Excellent communication, numerical and interpersonal skills
