- Possess consultancy cost management experience in the construction sector
- Demonstrate ambition and a willingness to work flexibly, both in the office and on-site, whilst demonstrating commercial awareness and exhibiting the ability to lead teams
- Extensive experience of working in a similar role which will be discussed at interview
- BSc/MSc in a relevant cost management related subject
- Have the ability to lead a series of projects and client relationships including business development
- Demonstrate experience of leading projects and working alongside / support a cost management team
- Be a team player, happy to gel into an already very close hard-working team
