Ensure safety and quality throughout all project phases.
Mentor and guide junior staff to develop their technical capabilities.
Perform network testing, turn-up, and troubleshooting for long-haul, metro, and regional optical architectures.
Develop efficient deployment plans in partnership with the Project Management team.
Promote and teach a safety-first culture.
Integrate equipment and provision services on platforms such as Ciena 6500/R, WaveServer, Nokia 1830, and Nokia XTM/GX.
Lead quality assurance efforts and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Execute all work in alignment with the Statement of Work, Method of Procedures, and safety plans.
Lead implementation activities for DWDM and IP/MPLS networks supporting hyperscale, utility, and service provider environments.
Conduct site surveys and perform fiber optic characterization.
Install network equipment to GR-1275 standards, vendor requirements, and customer labeling/installation standards.
Act as the Deployment Lead for optics network installations across the United States.
