As a Programme Excellence & Innovation – Technical Support Specialist, you will support continuous improvement of programme delivery by enabling innovation, standardisation, and best practice across technical and delivery teams. You will work closely with programme management, engineering, digital, and assurance functions to drive efficiencies, embed lessons learned, and support the adoption of new tools, processes, and technologies.

The essential requirements include a BSc in Mathematics, Physics or a related field (or equivalent experience), the ability to analyse data, processes and performance to identify improvement opportunities, and high‑standard interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. You should be proactive, organised, detail‑oriented and have a continuous improvement mindset. Desirable experience includes working with digital tools such as Power Apps or Power BI, familiarity with process improvement methodologies, and supporting complex programmes in highly regulated environments such as nuclear, energy or rail.

The role is based in London with two days per week in the office and occasional travel to Suffolk. It is a permanent, full‑time position with a salary of £40,000‑£50,000 and a closing date of Thursday 5th February 2026.
