Tasks
-Undertake general office administration including the control of mail, co-ordinating of diaries, filling and maintenance of personal records and the arranging of travel. -Adhere to financial and procurement procedures and act as local purchasing agent, where directed, by ordering stationary and other consumables as required. -Organise meetings and the production and dissemination of documentation to support them. -Undertake administrative tasks as directed. -Arrange access for filming and assist with arranging exhibitions and promotions on the station. -Collate customer information requirements and monitor that all station information and publicity material is in date and adheres to company guidelines. -Assist in gathering information regarding accidents, incidents and claims and liaise with relevant parties. -Record toilet turnstile revenue and report discrepancies in accordance with company policy. -Order, control and issue Personal Protective Equipment and Rule Books for the station team.
