Project Systems Specialist - Unifier Administrator

Unifier configuration, maintenance, data loads, integrations, upgrades and optimization of cost objects in a multi-year operations contract for technology and business process investments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into Unifier system configurations and workflows.
Develop and maintain Unifier business processes, custom reports, and analytics to support projects and finance-related functions.
Stay up to date with new Unifier features and enhancements, evaluating their potential impact on the organization and making recommendations for their adoption.
Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for Unifier updates, enhancements, and integrations.
Serve as the primary administrator for the Unifier platform, responsible for configuration, maintenance, data loads, integrations, upgrades and optimization of the cost objects
Assist in the design and implementation of new functionality.
Maintain data in the system for integrity and compliance.
Provide end-user support and training, ensuring employees and managers are equipped to effectively use Unifier and its features.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to Unifier functionality, data integrity, and system integrations.
Collaborate with the Project Managers and other team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Unifier.
Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.
Recommends, implements, and plans for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to the system.
Configure and maintain core Unifier components, including but not limited to organizations, hierarchies, security roles, business processes, reports, and integrations.

5+ years experience as a Unifier Administrator, with setup and configuration.
Knowledge of Project Management Systems such as Unifier
Experience with Unifier integration tools and technologies.
Advanced knowledge of BI Publisher reporting for Unifier
Proficient in Unifier reporting and analytics, including report writing and creating dashboards.
Strong knowledge of Software system design and implementation of PIMS Systems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Understanding of database systems and Networks.
Bachelor’s degree, in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Experience with Unifier configuration and administration in a global or multi-entity organization.
Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in a technology specific field or equivalent job related experience.
