  • Drive risk management, regulatory compliance, and behavioural change programs that strengthen ABB’s proactive safety and quality culture.
  • Collaborate and engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate QHSE performance, share best practices, and drive improvement.
  • Promote HSE excellence through effective reporting, safety training, and continuous performance monitoring against ABB sustainability KPIs.
  • Develop and deploy Quality strategies aligned with ABB and external standards to enhance quality and operational performance.
  • Support business objectives by setting, tracking, and analysing QHSE targets, identifying deviations, and implementing improvements.
  • Maintain robust management systems and ensure compliance with Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Wellbeing standards.

  • Proven experience in Quality or Continuous Improvement within a complex, matrix organisation
  • Quality/Continuous Improvement qualification desirable
  • Demonstrable leadership capabilities with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Strong electrical safety knowledge and practical experience
