To support and work on the end-to-end service delivery of complex and interesting asset replacement / upgrade projects in existing buildings.
Support commissions, cashflows, budgets plus assist with resourcing and superintendent recommendations.
Deliver Project Management Commissions, driving end-to-end service delivery, often with respect to multiple concurrent technically complex projects.
Manage all aspects of the project and both the internal team and consultant team to deliver quality outputs on time.
To work closely with Quantity Surveyors and Consultants to develop budgets, will manage complex stakeholder arrangements, manage and assess tenders, administer contracts as superintendent, co-ordinate contractors and consultants, and will take ownership of the aspects of projects

Tertiary qualification in engineering (electrical/mechanical) is required, or substantial, demonstrable industry experience in a relevant technical field.
