The main function of the Guest Services Representative is to provide outstanding guest experiences by courteously greeting all tenants and visitors at the reception desk, managing sign‑ins, handling inquiries, and maintaining security and professional relationships with building occupants.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in high‑end hospitality, luxury retail, fine dining, or a related field. They should demonstrate a professional demeanor, strong communication, organizational and multitasking abilities, computer literacy (MS Office and Internet), and the physical stamina to stand for extended periods unless medically accommodated.
We are currently seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our Experience Management (XM) team. The estimated total compensation is $19‑19.50 per hour, with a schedule of Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am ‑ 3:30 pm, located on‑site in Chicago, IL.
