- Hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- Be a licensed professional engineer in Manitoba or eligible for licensure within six months.
- Bring 10–15 years of experience in project management and business development.
- Demonstrate expertise in medium/low voltage distribution, motor protection, emergency power, load calculations, lighting, fire alarm, security, lightning protection, grounding, hazardous area classification, and arc‑flash studies.
- Exhibit strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
