- Establish office objectives
- Organize project team
- Utilize AutoCAD and other related software packages as needed
- Report results to management
- Establish annual business plan with the President and Vice President
- Assist with developing project proposals as needed

- Establish group plan
- Responsible for supervision of business and project operations in the South Carolina Survey department. Responsible for the supervision of budget, client relations and business development. Directly supervises the daily activities of the Greenville Survey department, including project time and cost estimates. Responsible for overseeing manpower and project projections.
