We are currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Maintenance Technician for our Indian Creek Mobile Home Park located at 1113 Indian Creek Trail, Garner, NC 27529.
Candidates should have 2‑3 years of general labor experience, including groundskeeping and property maintenance, 1‑2 years of basic residential plumbing, be physically active, able to work outdoors in all weather, comfortable using basic technology, and possess a valid driver’s license.
Pay rate is $18‑$19.50 per hour.
