Mobilization Coordination: Support the mobilization of employees to project sites across North America and internationally, ensuring smooth transitions with respect to travel, accommodations, and onboarding logistics.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with Marketing to promote PTAG’s employer brand across social media, job boards, and industry events.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and project teams to deliver timely recruitment solutions. Provide updates and insights on hiring progress and talent availability.
Recruitment Analytics: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and recommend process improvements.
Sourcing Strategy: Develop creative sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates in the EPC, construction, and engineering sectors through online platforms, networking, and professional associations.
Immigration & Compliance: Assist with work permit and visa processes for employees relocating to or working in the USA and Canada. Ensure compliance with immigration and labor regulations.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and consultants to supplement internal sourcing when required
Workforce Planning: Collaborate with project managers and department leaders to understand resource needs, project timelines, and technical requirements. Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for current and future projects.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top-tier talent across PTAG’s service lines.
