- Set and maintain dining tables with correct utensils, glassware and condiments.
- Clear and reset tables promptly, removing used dishes and replenishing supplies.
- Assist bar opening/closing, stock, garnish preparation and maintain bar cleanliness.
- Greet guests courteously, respond to requests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor dining area cleanliness, including floors, furniture and fixtures.
- Coordinate with servers, hosts and kitchen staff for efficient table turnover.
- Refill water glasses and deliver beverages as assigned.
- Follow resort policies, hygiene standards and food safety guidelines.
- Operate draft‑beer system and change kegs correctly.
- Communicate menu questions, wait times and order updates to the kitchen.
