- Oversee the full letting and management process for this portfolio.
- Complete all associated paperwork using LetMan.
- Take responsibility for an existing portfolio of managed properties across the greater Dublin area.
- Manage tenant maintenance issues and coordinate necessary works.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth communication.
- Handle RTB registrations.
- Advertise available properties and manage enquiries.
- Vet prospective tenants.
