  • Manage all contractors that work on site in a safe and appropriate manner ensuring they comply with RAMS and access permit conditions
  • Define and introduce measures and systems that increase productivity and the efficiency of the maintenance activity.
  • To encourage good housekeeping and health and safety activities within the sites.
  • To manage the Property, Assets & Facilities Department depot-based staff.
  • To manage and deliver the maintenance strategy of the Company’s railway stations
  • To comply with the safe working instructions, depot and individual protection measures, issued as controlled documentation.
  • Ensure that all staff carry out their duties in a safe and coordinated manner, and that disruption to business activities is kept to a minimum.

Are you an electrical engineer with experience of factory, plant or facilities maintenance? TXM are working with a rail business to recruit Station Facilities Team Leader who will be responsible for a full range of building services and manage the maintenance and repair of the company’s railway stations.

  • Knowledge of legislation, procedures and instructions relevant to the role.
  • Be able to adapt location and working style changes.
  • Previous experience of multi-site facility management and regulated safety critical environments
  • Thorough Knowledge of electrical systems, IEE regulations and Statutory obligations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Level 3 Engineering qualification
