

Delivers electricity to 2.4 million people across the North West, ensuring reliable power supply.
This role will require you to provide excellent HR advice, guidance and coaching to our managers on generalist HR areas including absence management, performance management, investigations, disciplinaries and grievances, as well as supporting our HR Business Partners on key strategic change projects.
This role covers the companies regional map and travel to our depots and offices around the North West will be required, however as a result there is flexibility on base location depending on where the successful candidate is situated.
If successful in your application, Electricity North West will require as part of the offer process to complete a pre-employment checks. Any unconditional offer of employment with Electricity North West is subject to satisfactory checks. For this role the checks will be a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and drug and alcohol test.

Pro Rata Salary: £24,000
