Préparer et avancer la facturation mensuelle des travaux de cycle de vie / maintenance
Compléter les demandes d'arrêts de service (DAS), au besoin;
Réaliser un suivi serré sur le paiement des factures fournisseurs, réception des bons de commande suite à l'exécution des travaux par ses derniers, conserver tout justificatif utile à la facturation
Ouverture de nouveau compte fournisseur, mise à jour de fiche fournisseur, collecte des documents administratifs, suivi ;
Collecter l'information en provenance des rapports de services des fournisseurs, du système de gestion documentaire, Sharepoint, Power BI, depuis les différents équipements sur site ou directement auprès du personnel technique;

Capacité à respecter les échéances en matière de saisie des données pour garantir la bonne marche des opérations;
Rapidité et rigueur;
Détenir un diplôme d'études secondaires.
Effectuer l'entrée de données dans les différents systèmes notamment le système de GMAO (QFM) ou différents fichiers de suivi Excel;
Habiletés dans les relations interpersonnelles et le travail d'équipe;
Aisance avec les systèmes de GMAO;
Excellent sens de l'organisation;
Capacité à prioriser les dossiers et travailler efficacement malgré un volume important de dossiers
Compétences informatiques, en particulier excellente maîtrise de la suite Microsoft, SharePoint et Power BI.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément;
Minimum d'une (1) année d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
