Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements

Perform general community and facilities maintenance under minimum supervision in a manner that meets optimum quality and efficient production
Assist with inspections and upkeep of the property and all common areas daily to detect maintenance problems that require attention
