- Assisting in the automation of assurance activities using digital tools and AI where appropriate
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and monitor risk indicators
- Supporting audits and assurance reviews across business functions using data from core systems
- Analysing business processes and identifying control gaps or improvement opportunities
- Contributing to reports and dashboards for senior leadership on business risk and control effectiveness
- Using data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python) to extract insights and support risk assessments

- Strong interest in risk management, internal audit or business assurance, especially in data-rich environments
- Our ideal candidate will be a graduate in Business, IT, Data Science or a related subject with at least a 2:1 Grading or above
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI); experience with coding, automation, or AI is a plus
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment
