Requirements

• High degree of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills including the ability to listen and communicate effectively with all levels in the organization, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, taxation or related field.
• CPA required.
• Strong Excel and computer skills working with large data sets and pivot tables, proficiency in Word, and familiarity with general ledger and financial reporting systems.
• Experience preparing Income Tax Provisions. Understanding of ASC 740 and income tax accounting concepts and the ability to apply these concepts across different industries and jurisdictions.
• Must possess the desire and ability to learn and adapt to change quickly and produce quality work under tight deadlines.
• Candidate must have existing knowledge of federal and state regulations, and ideally some experience with international tax jurisdictions.
• Experience with preparing US Federal Corporate Income Tax Returns. Experience with local tax compliance in international jurisdictions preferred.
• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and superior attention to detail.
• Candidate must be research oriented to help explore new jurisdictions with company growth.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is also a plus.
• Must be flexible in dealing with change and an ability to manage competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• 5-7 years of relevant current work experience. Big 4, large top-tier CPA firm and/or multi-national public company experience required.
