What you would be doing
linen transport
guest greeting

trash disposal
area inspection
Pick up bed and other linen from hotel floors and transport to laundry collection site.
Greet and acknowledge guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
Respond to guest inquiries and assistance.
Inspect assigned areas and perform cleaning tasks accordingly.
Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Work as a room attendant when staffing shortages occur or during peak periods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas.
Deliver clean linen to assigned sections.
Report maintenance issues.
Collect trash from the service landings and dispose of in outside trash dumpsters.

Ability to stand during entire shift.
High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
