We’re looking for a IT SENIOR ENGINEER to lead our Group’s digital transformation strategy — modernizing systems, improving operational efficiency, and driving a data-driven, agile culture across all business units.

Define and propose a fully integrated and scalable digital ecosystem (ERP, CRM, ECM, etc.).
Identify inefficiencies and propose tech solutions aligned with business priorities.
Develop and implement a Group-wide digitalization roadmap.
Audit current digital tools and platforms (including legacy ERPs and workflows).
Foster adoption through change management, training, and cultural alignment.
Oversee digital projects across operations, finance, HR, legal, and international sites.
Promote automation (RPA), process optimization, and advanced data tools.
Monitor digital KPIs, ROI, and ensure cybersecurity and data integrity.
Lead cross-functional change management and digital skills development.
Lead the implementation of automation, analytics, and collaborative tech across the organization.

If you have solid experience in digital transformation within Engineering or an EPC/EPF project environments, and you're ready to take full ownership of systems modernization on a global scale, we want to hear from you.

Hands-on proficiency with key IT tools & languages, such as:
Strong technical foundation in enterprise systems, including:
Oracle (e.g., database, ERP modules),
Proven track record in evaluating, selecting, and implementing complex IT systems—ideally across multi-country or multi-disciplinary operations.
RPA, ECM, BI tools, and system architecture design/integration.
ERP (e.g., Oracle, SAP),
Python and JavaScript (for automation, integration, or analytics),
Strategic mindset combined with strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. An MBA or Master’s in Digital Business/Transformation is a valued plus.
Languages: Fluent English (essential for global collaboration); additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Hindi, Arabic, Mandarin) are a strong asset given our international footprint.
5+ years of experience leading or supporting digital transformation initiatives in engineering-intensive environments (e.g., EPC, EPF, energy, or industrial projects).
Experience working with relational/non-relational databases and API-driven systems.
CRM & business platforms (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics),
