Operate heavy equipment (bulldozer, excavator, front end loader) proficiently.
Good vision and hand-eye coordination
Ability to work with minimal or no supervision.
Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
Preferred 2 years of construction equipment operator experience .
Experience running Heavy Equipment such as excavator backhoe, loader, grader, scraper, bulldozer, skid steer, tractor, and other pieces of heavy equipment.
Pass a company paid baseline and periodic health physical and drug screening, as well as motor vehicle record check, as required
Be available to work weekends and overtime occasionally as needed.
Attentive to health & safety regulations, company/jobsite requirements and project details, schedule and budget.
Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Self-motivated and a self-starter after basic training.
Experienced in proficient use of above equipment, preferably on remediation or commercial development projects
Valid and clean driver’s license. Prefer a CDL Class A or B license
Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy loads and perform manual labor as required.
Lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
Basic computer skills and proficiency with basic Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
