The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials, ensuring that all necessary resources are available on time and within budget.

  • Negotiate with material suppliers.
  • Raise purchase orders.
  • Log Good`s Received Notes (GRN`s) as they are received.
  • Process GRN`s on to COINS accounting system
  • Process materials requisitions.
  • Generate and issue weekly reports for the procurement department and all sites.
  • Raise and close out any queries in relation to the GRN`s with Procurement Department/Site staff.
