The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials, ensuring that all necessary resources are available on time and within budget.
Negotiate with material suppliers.
Raise purchase orders.
Log Good`s Received Notes (GRN`s) as they are received.
Process GRN`s on to COINS accounting system
Process materials requisitions.
Generate and issue weekly reports for the procurement department and all sites.
Raise and close out any queries in relation to the GRN`s with Procurement Department/Site staff.
