Familiarity with the operations, strategies, and best practices of companies serving the built environment (e.g., construction, building, and infrastructure services).
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, economics, or finance preferred; MBA or equivalent master’s degree from a top-tier accredited institution strongly preferred.

Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
2–3 years of experience in the built environment or consulting to firms within the industry. Prior experience in field service operations or project management in construction/infrastructure is preferred. Experience in strategy consulting, M&A consulting, private equity, investment banking, or other M&A-related disciplines will also be considered.
Team-oriented, with the ability to support, mentor, and guide early-tenure professionals.
Outstanding written and verbal communication, listening, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
