- Ability to work in a wide variety of conditions, including heights up to 30 feet or more and also be able to work in adverse weather conditions
- Thorough knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and the necessary tools
- Ability to study and read blueprints in order to decide fitting of the fire sprinkler system
- Must have valid driver's license with willingness to travel within the state of Maryland
- Understanding of complex blueprints and solid written and verbal skills
- High school diploma is required. Industry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with the national fire codes
- NICET certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Experience in lift operations and OSHA guidelines
- Must document all details of the job properly
- Hourly pay commensurate with experience with opportunity for a results-driven bonus based on personal output and effectiveness in role. Expected salary range between $30.00 - $40.00 per hour.
