Process all paperwork associated with projects, such as trade subcontractor invoices/pay applications, certificates of insurance and bonds, onsite payroll, lien waivers, and miscellaneous vendor requirements
Help manage subcontractor workflow as it relates to the review and approval process of trade subcontractors
Complete various HR administrative projects and reporting as needed, including new hire onboarding, compliance, benefits, and termination paperwork
Coordinate with the project team to oversee and process day-to-day administration for the job/project, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, expense reports, payroll, and mail
Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, Project Accountants, and other departments to complete project-related tasks
