The Jaxon, a brand‑new luxury apartment community in Caldwell, Idaho, is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional. This role is critical for driving marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies that meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets. The position offers competitive hourly pay, a cell‑phone allowance, bonus incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Candidates should have prior sales or customer‑service experience and a positive, can‑do attitude. Proficiency with the MS Office suite is required, while familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, professionalism in appearance and conduct, required state and local licenses, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 25 lb (and 50 lb with assistance) are essential, as is flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 hourly, with additional earnings possible through quarterly or annual bonuses based on individual and company performance.
