Part 1 Architectural Assistant

Description

The role will involve working on a series of small to medium scale residential projects, where the successful candidate will be expected to run between 3-5 projects at any one time, varying in scale from £200k - £5M.

The role is full-time and office based for a Part 1 Architectural Assistant. The Architectural Assistant will be responsible for feasibility studies drawing, planning applications, technical drawings and contract administration. Additionally, the Architectural Assistant will be responsible for creating presentations and assisting with other day-to-day tasks associated with architecture projects.

Requirements

Only applicants based in the UK and Ireland will be considered.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Relevant UK based sector experience
• Microstation ideally but not essential.
• Exceptional creative/design skills demonstrated in Portfolio.
• SketchUP and Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiar with UK Building Regulations and Planning Applications
• Have capacity to work on their own and run projects

Benefits

Salary: From £20,000.00 - £35,000.00 per year, depending on CV and portfolio.
